Education: Russ attended the University of Wisconsin-Stout for Vocational Rehabilitation –
specializing in Psychology and Special Education. He also attended the University of
Phoenix-Online for Business Management. Most recently Russ attended Liberty
University-Online for Theology – specializing in Christian Counseling.
 
Vocational Experience: Russ worked in the Special Education/Vocational Rehabilitation field for a number of years. He then worked for 10 years managing Client Services for a national software company. His experience includes managing a customer service department of 30+ agents; reorganization; budgeting; as well as managing other teams in the organization.
 
Russ founded Café 420 Ministries, Inc. in Eau Claire, WI in 2007. Where he manages a volunteer staff; assists and counsels individuals with needs including: addictions, homelessness, individuals who are incarcerated – coming out of incarceration, past abuse, and other spiritual debilitating issues.
 
Russ pastors a small congregation and operates the business 420 Internet Café.  Russ is one of the pastors at Living Word Church in Eau Claire.
 
Hobbies: Russ enjoys reading, fishing, camping.
